The Royal Fromentin is located in the center of Paris close to the Moulin Rouge. Directions When you reach Paris, follow the signs indicating "Boulevard périphérique nord" and take either the Porte de Clichy exit or the Porte de Saint-Ouen exit. Follow "Paris centre" signs right to the Place de Clichy. Turn left onto the boulevard de Clichy and follow it until you reach Place Blanche: the Moulin Rouge will be on your left. Go through the intersection and continue along boulevard de Clichy: the rue Fromentin is the next street on the right.
